Saturday, August 25th, 2007

Makati Mayor Jejomar “Jojo” Binay a couple of months ago declared he might run for President in 2010.
‘Track Record’
The scary thing about Binay, is that he is the only presidentiable w/ a PROVEN track record in terms of administering a large goverment body.

2007 PBA Big Men Draft Picks

Sunday, August 19th, 2007

* Sam Eman at the PBA Rookie Camp reminds me of Bonel Balingit, who eventually became a Mythical Team-caliber Center in the PBA, even if only for a short while. He has almost the same height & heft, & with the willingness & enough coordination to use his size against other players. [...]

Slaughter Mania (Web Link)
2 baskets, or 4 points in Slaughter’s first game on Philippine shores.
‘The Next EJ Feihl’
After years & years of waiting, I think at last, Philippine basketball has finally found it: EJ Feihl’s successor.
No wonder there weren’t many US NCAA Div. 1, 2 or 3 schools were interested in him, & that [...]

SE P990i Battery Saving Tips

Saturday, August 4th, 2007

Just like the wifi-capable Nokia N80, the wifi-capable SE P990i also initially had a relatively short battery life of only about 1 1/2 to 2 days of normal use. However, w/ a few battery saving tips, I was able to extend the battery life to twice that length, easily lasting 3-4 days.
Here [...]
